Compensation for delayed orders!

Hey everyone,
I understand everyone's frustration of waiting for the StayblCam units to get shipped - but we have now taken aggressive steps to meet the new timeline. As outlined in our August 1st update, we were supposed to resume shipping again this week (see the full update here). We firmly believed we would ship as detailed in that update.

When we were told this week that we may have to wait out 8-10 weeks - we decided that you, our customers have had enough of this. Some drastic steps needed to be taken. So - effective immediately, we will;

  • Compensate EVERY affected customer who has waited too long for their StayblCam.
  • Cancel our current manufacturing partnership and move on to another manufacturer who can take over and do things quick

How the compensation will work

As a show of good faith we are refunding $15 to YOU. If you ordered between April 7th and August 10th (the day we were supposed to begin shipping) and have not yet received your unit – we will issue you an immediate reimbursement of $15 back to the payment method (credit card or Paypal) you used for your order. This means that in reality, your StayblCam will only cost you $59.95! :-) Hopefully, this will help make our inexcusable delays more acceptable.

Changing manufacturers

Although we were initially pleased with our manufacturer in California last year, the increased frustration with one scheduling delay after another was what eventually made us decide to cancel our partnership with them. The show must go on – and we can no longer tolerate any more wait times for you, our customers!

Luckily, we have found a new manufacturer right here in Arizona (we're of course still Made in the USA!) that have all the capacity to schedule us quickly into production as soon as our molds and parts inventory is delivered on a truck from California. The moving process has already begun, and we're excited to work with our new manufacturer, who has promised us a quick production schedule!

So please bear with us as we go through this transition, and accept our compensation as our way to show appreciation for your patience. We thank you for being a customer - and appreciate all you tolerated as we deal with these problems.
