New Order Status Page launching today!

Today we're happy to announce our new Order Status page, where anyone can look up their order and see the latest status.
(Please note: This does not work for orders placed during our Kickstarter campaign)
Here, you will be able to see:

• The address and order information we have on record for your order
• If your order has been fulfilled yet
• If so, what date and time it was shipped out
• For orders in the USA, you can also check your tracking number and current status

However, please keep in mind the following:
If you live outside the USA, there are unfortunately no tracking numbers on shipments

• We use UPS as a carrier for ALL shipments, however in many cases the shipments will be handed over to your local postal service
• Please allow up to a couple of weeks in delivery time, as international shipping can be affected by several factors
• IMPORTANT: We recommend checking with your country's toll / customs services - or - your local post office, in case your package might be sitting in hold awaiting for your pickup. Several customers who had waited a while for their shipment found out that their package had been on hold, and that they could simply pick it up there in person.

Checking the status of your order is easy! Here's how:

Simply go to our Order Status Page, and enter your order number and e-mail address that you used for the order.
